Changes to Reseller Communication and Business Rules effective 8/16/2009.
General
Effective Sunday, 08/16/2009, new busines rules will be implemented.
These changes will be put into effect for all resellers without exception. It
is important to read the changes carefully as I will no longer respond to
IM’s or Notecards.
Failed deliveries
Effective 08/16/2009, use one of the following two methods.
Redelivery terminal
A redelivery terminal can be found at our mainstore. When a product was
bought and registered by the hippo system, customers can get a redelivery
from there without delay.
Notification by website
With the beginning of the 08/16/09, redeliveries have to be send by
the form on the website, you can reach under following adress:

Select as category failed delivery and enter the transaction history there,
showing the payment from the customer to you and the transfer to me.
Highly recommended is the customer name, transaction history and date/time.
Applying to the reselling program
Currently, applications to the ShellShock Industries reselling program can be
done by notecard or by using the website. Effective 08/16/2009, applications
will only be accepted by filling out the form on the website.
General reselling policy
In the past we have had resellers who vend without any real
interest in the product. In order to prevent bad
reselling business, the following rules will be in effect 08/16/2009:
- avatars must be older than 6 months.
- a store is necessary.
- presence in the ShellShock reseller group is necessary.
- you can only be invited to join the group one time.
- resellers are responsible for keeping vendors up-to-date.
Furthermore we want to point out following:
- We do not modify our products for the personal use of the reseller.
- Our products are sold “as is”. We do not offer customization.
- Shellshock does not get involved with your business. Any requests to get involved with an problem you may have with another reseller or any requests to stop business with a competitor will be ignored.
- Shellshock Industries does not affiliate itself with any vendor and the name cannot be used to enhance your business reputation.
- Anyone is welcome to joing the reselling program as long as the rules are met and adhered to.
Feedback
As mentioned before, effective 8/16/2009, all the communication will be moved
to the website. When you have suggestions, questions, or feedback, use the contact
form provided on the ShellShock website.
To improve communications, a message board for customers and resellers will be placed
on the ShellShock website.
The FAQ will be extended and divided into several topics, making sure every
known topic is explained.
